Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

This policy explains cancellation and refunds for paid plans from Brand Managers Dakdan LLC on BrandManagers.ai and our other owned websites. It is part of our Terms of Use.

1. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@brandmanagers.ai. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. After cancellation you keep access through the end of the paid term.

2. Free Trials

If you start with a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, your plan converts to the paid plan shown at sign-up and your payment method is charged.

3. Monthly Plans

Monthly charges are not refundable once the billing period starts, except as stated in Section 5. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges.

4. Annual Plans

• 7-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your first annual purchase, provided you have not completed a certification exam or downloaded more than a reasonable sample of premium assets.
• Renewals. If an annual plan renews and you did not intend it, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a full refund, provided you have not used the plan since renewal.
• After those periods, annual fees are not refundable, and you keep access through the end of the term.

5. Exceptions

We will refund or credit charges where required by law, for duplicate or erroneous billing, or where a material failure of the Services prevents you from using them and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.

6. Certifications, Exams, and Add-Ons

Certification attempts, proctored or reviewed exams, and human-reviewed audits are non-refundable once scheduled or started. You may reschedule an exam with at least 48 hours notice. Live masterclasses and workshops may be refunded if you cancel at least 7 days before the event, or transferred to another attendee. Digital reports and downloads are non-refundable once delivered, unless defective.

7. Team, Enterprise, and Academic Plans

Team plans follow the annual-plan rules above unless your order form says otherwise. Enterprise and academic licenses are governed by the signed agreement. Unused seats are not refundable mid-term, but you may add seats at any time.

8. Founder and Promotional Pricing

Discounted, founder, and promotional plans follow the same refund rules. Discounts do not carry over if you cancel and later resubscribe.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email info@brandmanagers.ai or call 1-970-997-1478 with your account email, the charge date, and the reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
